Snow days

This is what we woke up to yesterday!
It snowed all day and all night.
The kids haven't had school the last two days because of it!
We are suppose to get even more tonight.
If we do then school will be canceled again tomorrow.
The sun hasn't been out at all, so it just keeps getting deeper and deeper!
The kids are loving it!

What better way to end the last few days of school before Christmas break but to not have any school at all! When I was little I remember listning to the radio in the mornings to see if school was going to be canceled after a big snow storm. It didn't happen to often, but when it did we loved it!

Looks like the kids are having fun and of course, Kooper's in the middle of it all!

I miss the snow soooo bad! I can't wait to get to Show Low for Christmas! I hope the snow there doesn't melt before we go. My boys would be so jealous that their school was canceled for 2 days because of the snow! You guys are so lucky!! How beautiful does it look too? Great pictures!!

You got it a lot worse than we did! Looks super cold, but obviously the kids don't mind.

I remember those days too! I'm so glad your kids have had the 2-3 days before Christmas break off! That would be the best. Cute pictures. I love Snow pictures.

wow, you guys got pounded! We've only had a 2 hour delay on Tuesday. I detest snow days!! I know, not cool as a mom, but I hate the mess, the wet, the cold, the entertaining blah blah blah. I know, I suck!

It cracks me up now to think about the half of an inch of snow that would result in a 2 hr delay for us when we really have no idea what snow could really be like until you move somewhere that actually gets some!!

How fun for your kids! And what a bonus to get out of going to school too! I'm so glad I live in Mesa though, the snow only looks fun for about 2 min. then it's just way to dang cold. (I grew up in Eagar I know, but I hate the cold now LOL).

Linde,
That is a lot of snow!
I am not sure if I could live in the snow!
Again, I love your blog background and Family picture. I will say it is the best one I have seen and I have seen many! Cute! April
